When I started at Mazuma Credit Union, I was looking for a place to learn and grow in my career. What I've found is so much more than that. Thanks to my colleagues' and manager's support and guidance, I've been able to develop my skills. Mazuma also has a great work-life balance and truly cares about each individual Team Member. I've felt encouraged to explore opportunities to grow in my professional career. It’s a pleasure working here.

From 40 hours of Paid Volunteer Time each year to training and development opportunities and a collaborative culture that encourages meaningful interactions, it feels good to work at Mazuma.

During my time at Mazuma, I have learned what it means to have a good work-life balance. The leadership team is strong, which ensures that Team Members are thriving with professional and personal development. The work-life balance, the mental health and financial wellness initiatives, as well as the chance to contribute to our community through the 40 Hours for Good volunteer program (I have been able to spend many hours with shelter dogs in need of exercise and love) all reflect a company culture that truly cares about Team Members' overall well-being. We get the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives not just through banking, but also through paid volunteer time that enables us to give back to our community in a tangible way.
