Easiest Option:
Log into Mazuma Online Banking and click the “Pay” option available on each loan.
2nd Option:
Log into Mazuma Online Banking and click "Transfer" at the top of the Accounts section on the Online Banking Home Page. Here, you can transfer funds from your Mazuma accounts to your loan account.
If paying a Mazuma Mortgage, click on the mortgage account to make a payment or to set up recurring payments.

Log into Mazuma Mobile App and click the “Pay” option available on each loan.

Log into the Mazuma Mobile App and at the bottom navigation bar click on “Pay & Transfer”. Next, click “Make an Internal Transfer”. Here, you can transfer funds from your Mazuma accounts to your loan account.
If paying a Mazuma Mortgage, click on the mortgage account to make a payment or to set up recurring payments.
Log into Mazuma’s Online Banking and click "Transfer" at the top of the Accounts section on the Online Banking Home Page. Select “Schedule” then the plus icon. Select the desired account and loan then set the frequency.
This can also be done:
Log into the Mazuma Mobile App and at the bottom navigation bar click on “Pay & Transfer.” Next, click “Make an Internal Transfer.” Then select “Schedule” in the blue ribbon at the top. To add the recuring payment information, click on the “+” in the lower right-hand corner.
To make a payment from another financial institution to your Mazuma loan account, log into your account, click "Move Money" at the top, and select "Loan Payment." (Note: This option is not available for 1st mortgage loans.)
Log into the Mazuma Mobile App and at the bottom navigation bar click on “Pay & Transfer”. Next, click on “Loan Pay”. You will add your external account and select the desired loan to pay. (Note: This option is not available for 1st mortgage loans.)
Log into Mazuma’s Online Banking and click "Move Money” at the top navigation bar. Click on “Loan Payment”. Here you will set up your external account and can choose one time or reoccurring payments. (Note: Business Loans cannot be paid using this tool. Consumer accounts only.)
Log into the Mazuma Mobile App and at the bottom navigation bar click on “Pay & Transfer”. Next click on “Loan Pay”. Here you will set up your external account and can choose one time or reoccurring payments. (Note: Business Loans cannot be paid using this tool. Consumer accounts only.)
Log into Mazuma’s Online Banking and click "Bill Pay” at the top navigation bar. This will take you directly to Bill Pay where you can add the payee’s information and set up payments.
Log into the Mazuma Mobile App and at the bottom navigation bar click on “Pay & Transfer”. Next, click on “Bill Pay”. This will take you directly to Bill Pay, where you can add your payee’s information and set up payments.
Log into the Mazuma Mobile App and at the bottom navigation bar click on “Check Deposit”. Select the desired account you would like the check deposited to. Take a picture of the front and back of the check, then click submit. Always make sure to sign the back of the check with signature and “For Mobile Deposit”.
You just need our routing number (301080855) and your 12 or 14-digit Loan (or Account) Number.
To find your Loan Number (referred to online and in the mobile app as “Account Number”):
Make a one-time payment for a maximum of $600 with a fee of $15.00 per transaction.
